As i was trying to write some comments about the draft of the Libyan laws , and what's best for the Libyan women the quota or not ...........

i loved this photo in which the Libyan Women are celebrating the Libyan woman right to vote day ..... which has happened 1963 ........ that brings me to my first conclusion as the Libyan woman could get all their rights in the most difficult time while poverty , ignorance and discrimination .... i'm not afraid about them even with out quota they can pass it .......

as a human i usually connect things happening to me .... the last time i saw you and now , and the last time i went to universty and now ...............but i never thought about the last time it rained ......!

if you were in Benghazi you must remmber that day ...................yeah Saturday the 19th of February night in Benghazi .......... you cant hear any thing except explosions of ant aircrafts lightening the sky ..heavy shooting ......cars running to hospital beebing like ambulance and the guys shouting in the street (Tell Moaamar and his children , ,,,,,In Benghazi there are men) (قولو لمعمر وعياله .... ليبيا فيها رجالة )شى..and the sky is crying for Benghazi ,,,,, who lost hundreds of her brave men .................... i can remmber that Libyans were either in front of the Bergade (الكتيبة )or running in the free streets collecting foods , drinks , mattreses , blankets , wheel chairs ....... and any thing you may think of carrying all that to hospitals .................. i still remmber the truks in the streets and people from houses giving all what they have bottled water , milk , even bread and fruits .................. some others gave their own medication and bandage they have thinking that it would be needed .................. i remmber one man came to the hospital brining his hypertension drugs and Aspirin ,,, and he was insisting that I dont need it .....................

Thank you Libya ...........and thank you Allah for the Rain ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, May be we got memories with every thing so it's not your fault dear RAIN ..But dont cry for us any more ..........we are nearly done ...........soon All free

as 42 years of one stage star , Libya cut all the pics o0f that dictator and showed the real Libyan men , as i was very proud of our freedom fighters , i'm very proud too of those who are with their own brains , words and logistic support could pass with our Libya to the shore of freedom ....

to those who didn't know Benghazi i wanna remember the most difficult day in my life yeah it was February 21 , 2011 , i 'll never forget when the Qaddafi TV declared that at 12:00 on this day airplanes will attack Benghazi , i still remember changing my clothes sitting beside all my family calling all my friends and people whom i don't want to leave , i still remember calling my best friends , crying together and praying to Allah that may help us to survive we waited ...........yeah waited to die safely and not to leave Benghazi

yes i'm libyan , libyan from Benghazi which suffered 42 years and started the uprising in 15th of februry ,lost her sons and great heroes , suffered for 4 days .......................but as a one body if you hurt the heart the whole body will be affected ,Zintan which hundered kilometers western benghazi , rise up her voice Benghazi you arenot alone we will treat your wounds.
Tripoli shouted(benghazi we give you our souls and blood ),when they saw what happened for their brothers in Benghazi . and for sure Ajdabyia ,and the whole east , Misurata and the Great Zawia did the same too .
so i forgot where i'm from since the 17th of Februry , as i wish to be from :

Emsaad : the great heroes who liberated and saved our boreders and montered all what's arriving to libya .
Tobruk : who shouted and came with all her efforts to support Benghazi and liberate her .
Derna : the great men who saved their lands when Gadafi forces came by planes with thousands of his forces and mecneries and non of them could survive in front of those heroes , who just said we are with Benghazi ,and sure no for Gaddafi.
Albydaa ,and inspite of their daughter is Gadaffi's wife ,what happened in Benghazi touch their souls , and they came to support her too .
Shahat , in which the first female child was killed ,she did nothing except stood infront of her home looking for the heroes .
Almarj , in which the first militry forces joined Benghazi revolutioners and came to support them .
Benghazi ,in which her lovely sons and daughters did created FACEBOOK, page 17th of februrary let's make it an anger day ......but why this date specifically ....??? As more than 20 young men were killed in front of the Italian embassy in 17-2-2006 , they did nothing but protested in front of the building complaining about the act of one Italian minster's acts against our Prophet Mohammed .
And as the Jasmine revoultion started millions of libyans were looking forward to a revolution that will end all this suffering even though that they all know that it wont be easy as them . but before that date Regime forces send thousands and Mr. Abdallah Alsanusi to Benghazi , as they know it's the beating heart of Libya, and in the 15/2/2011 he captured Mr. Terbil who's the lawyer of Abosaleim disaster in which 1270 political prisoners were killed in 2 hours time ,so the families came out to demonstrations saying WHY??? but as a simple answer guns were used that night .many of those captured and brought to secret internal police and tortured there . but as they were afriad of 17 / 2/ and what happened before they released MR. Terbil with mpre demonstrations in the city center next day morning in which his forces used the guns again but heavier , and this what let all Benghazi say it loudly in Protests asking for better living and judge conditions "Tell Moamar and His Sons That there are real men in Benghazi ", this sentece which he couldont tolerate and send his son Alsaaadi to benghazi at the same night talking through the radio stations and balming us for every thing and exactly at the same time his men were running in the streets trying to capture, torture and smply kill every one who's asking for more ........... i can still remmber Friday 18/2 when i came out and saw hundreds of funerals getting to the streets , and people raised them up in their way to burry their bodies , they were shooted and many people again ...............i think all those acts came together to let people say "WE WANT THIS REGIME DOWN "or game over .......... But the reaction was more than expected not only light guns were used , anti aircarfts were used heavily . i can still hear their resonance and see how they lighten the sky , i can still remmber the blood in the streets , the tears and the great shock look in everyone's face ................. but Benghazi did it with the help of her brothers in the eastern areas and Ajdabyia ,they put down the Katiba in 21 / 2, and we lost more than 200 young men and thousands of injured people too........................... As we lived that horrible days , i wished to win but we has nothing to use it against him , i remmber young men carrying stones , fishermen using their simple bombs , every one is doing his best and he said that not only men he will send his mecenries to homes too , it was horrible too ................but pur men were in the time you can see them infront of Katiba , throghing stones , carrying their best friends who are either injured or dead beside them ................. i remmber when he used the Ambulances to carry more mecenries and get inside the crowd and kill more guys , some other young men used their own cars and mini buses as ambulances thousands went to hoepitals asking for anything to do ,and donating blood , others came to streets gathering food ,water , balnkets and any thing could be needed in hospitals as the main Emergencuy hospital was full and no enough beds , doctors did their revolution and opened the emergency department in BENGHAZI MEDICAL CENTER , which was run by one of his men and the hospital buses and ambulances were used to carry mecenries, doctors stand and open it ,and every one particpated women brought food and drinks to the whole pateints , some children and old men came to clean and carry patients , and all medical students came to do their best . i can still remmber one old lady came with flowers getting inside all the rooms and hugging pateints , i wanted to know to whome she's coming ??? where's her son ?? but she said i dont know any of them but i still can feel their pain in side me , and i'm not a doctor or a nurse to treat them i thought my words could do something and thAt's why i came .Many buisness men, farmers , phrmacists brought their stock to the hospitals freely.Another old lady coming to the hospital with her Hypertension treatment and Asprin asking the hospital to take it to use it for more serious cases as she think she can help .And not to forget that at the same tiime hundreds were coming injured and dead to the hospitals . i remmber the patients who were shooted in their legs answer when we used to ask them what they nned , they simply say can i barrow your leg to continue with the guys ................................ but with all that pain , it came to an end and with nothing we could do it and by210/2/2011 all the eastern area was liberated till Ajdabyia ,it was a feeling that i cant describe as all that Pain came to an end it was like a miracle happened with our prayers for this win .What people in the world may not belive that benghazi people brought most of the guns they found on that night in Katiba ,the next day directly to the wepons collecting places without any push from any one, simply every one was convinced that we are liberated now for what we need it .As i was a medical student i 've never seen any horrible wounds like what i saw that days , but with all that pain patients say never mind dont worry doctor it will heal and i'll be well .
Ajdabyia , our frontline heroes who were the fence of the east , as most of her residence left it , they houses and camps were opened for them just to look for thie great needs , and they acted the same to help others from the westeren areas .
Albrayga , our natural gas source whome her great engineers didd their best to save their stations from Gaddafi's plans and now back
Ras lanoof , Benjawad whome were liberated but under heavy fire Gaddafi broght them back .
Misurata , whome i cant say much as if isay any about it it will be few .
Tripoli ,our capital , whome her sons were killed in thousands just because the say that we feel you Benghazi ,and now under siege .
Alzawia , it said no we are with Benghazi but it wasnot lucky as benghazi as he poured all his shit over it , and killed her men and women , whatever their jobs and age , put down her Mosques and did whatever you may think of .But even if he control it as he say his men cant sleep calmly for one hour their .
Zwara, was the same as her neigbour Alzawia .
The great Nafusa Mountain ,simply whome am i to talk about wonderful brave men like you m we did nothing in Benghazi as you Brothers .
Alkuffra ,Jalw,Awjla and Merada our oil fields . water . electricity safers , our great fence against the forcese coming from Sahra and Africa .
i know those are not all the areas those are little of much much more , so If you are libyan as me Proudly to say that , where you choose ????
i can choose only one yes i can and it's enough for me ................................................... I'M LIBYAN ,and i can be all so why you choose one while you can have all .........................BE Libyan and you are the best .....................

many people around the world didn't know any thing about Libya except Mr........, who said who knows you? Libya is only me ....................so what .......................

we are what we are now , we love our Libya and we are proud of that too , even if this is a long time time and we were not able to talk for 42 years , we still had our voices still , it was a great option and we did it .......we tried alot before 17th of February , We were not silent but the world couldn't hear us this is the real point ...........what he did now is what he was doing since 42 years back , he tried all that before but for individuals , and he failed and now madly he`s doing us all the same acts as he did before .

we did this revolution to put his hands and arms and even his little fingers away and even we will cut every hand that will try to surround our freedom ,we will not be silent any more ............after all those years we got freedom which we ll fight our ..................

we did this revolution not looking for being presidents or ministers or to eat ,we did it to live like humans and in a humanitarian level....................

we start it our selves and we will end it too , and about the weapons we are not interested in wars and we hate it all too,we just want to end it and build our new free libya ,,,,,,,,,,,,with which we will convince the whole world about the right decision they took when they voted for 1973 , and cut the relations with the mad regime ...........................

so as soon as possible we will when ............and just give us some time after that to show you all who we are and our great minds and our free new libya.................

what happened in Benghazi & libya was really a new page & an impossible mission we never believed that Libyan young men could do it .............& they did it

5years back as i attended the first medical conference for the first time with LIBYAN MEDICAL STUDENTS ASSOCIATION , our boss promised me to teach me when i'm in the fourth year ...........& now it happened i'm really proud of him he's doing a great job as a taeching staff member for the first time , & explaining the lectures in a professional way , that really makes me more than proud of him as he's my best friend dr ever ............best luck Dr ,,,,,,,,,,you really deserve all the best ..............i'm really proud of you

i've see the scene before but i thought that this is the only time it happened so i shocked at first but couldnt for get but this time i couldn't belive my eyeys again i asked my friend to see yeah it's happening again ................allah's mercy is the only cause that they are still there.........
as you all know how far the pediatric horpital from the obstetric premature children are transfeerred from anenatal care to pediatric hopital which's far away , the miracle happens when those babies are leaving the hospital, i heaed the nurse calling for help as she was pushing the babie s incuabtor , & now the poor baby in incubator but all cars around so she cant access to the ambulane (but sorry this is not an ambulance it's a bus for the hospital but used as a an ambulance those days )so they call for help from men infront of the hospital , & to the worst part they couldnt find away at all, to reach the ambulbas ,so they managed to carry the oxgen clinder & the other men carried the incubator .............till they reached the ambulance ....no no it's a bus ...............so after you see such an action ..........what'll be your mood ......? yarab

AS i was in the pharmacy today to buy a drug , something happened which i really have to talk about............
i was waiting for my turn a man & his sin came i thought at first that he has flu or something , but he asked the pharmacist for a medical seek , as his son has sever gingivitis who's only 10 years , the pharmacist did it ya ............he gave him antibiotic 3*1 & the man was happy with that ....................what do you think is that right .............even if the antibiotic is the best treatment for this case but the pharmacist must understand his job , he's not supposed to write prescriptions or even give treatment without one ..................so who's the responsible ................????

هذه كانت فكرةوالدتي ليلةالبارحة لدى عودتنا من الطريق المتهالكة والتي سببت فالكثيرمن المآسي ، ولتي افتقدت لابسط وسائل الامان وليس الراحة فقط ..........ناهيك عن الكثير .........ولكن كانت اخطر ما افتقدته هو انارة الطرق و خصوصا الجبلية الوعرة و الكثير من المنعطفات الخطيرة والتي اودت بحياةالكثيرين من من قادو ليلا..............اوليس ديننا الاسلامي دعانا لاماطة الاذى عن الطريق فكيف باصلاحه فلنقرأ بعض من هذه الاحاديث الشريفة

فعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم): “مر رجل بغصن شجرة على ظهر الطريق فقال: والله لأنحين هذا عن المسلمين لا يؤذيهم فأدخل الجنة”، (رواه مسلم) وعن أبي برزة رضي الله عنه قال، قلت يا نبي الله علمني شيئاً أنتفع به قال “اعزل الأذى عن طريق المسلمين” (رواه مسلم) وأيضاً عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه، أن رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم) قال: “بينما رجل يمشي بطريق وجد غصن شوك على الطريق، فأخره فشكر الله له، فغفر له” (رواه البخاري ومسلم والترمذي والموطأ).

قال صلى الله عليه وسلم: (الإيمان بضع وسبعون شعبة أو بضع وستون شعبة، فأفضلها قول لا إله إلا الله، وأدناها إماطة الأذى عن الطريق والحياء شعبة من الإيمان) (رواه البخاري).

وهي من الصدقات، وبسببها أدخل رجل الجنة، ففي حديث أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول الله: (كل سلامى من الناس عليه صدقة... ثم قال: وتميط الأذى عن الطريق صدقة) (رواه البخاري ومسلم).

وعن أبي داود: قال رسول الله: (نزع رجل لم يعمل خيراً قط غصن شوك عن الطريق، إما كان في شجرة فقطعه وألقاه، وإما كان موضوعاً فأماطه، فشكر الله له بها فأدخله الجنة

.......فماذا لو .......... كانت صدقتنا فقط لتلوين الطرق بطلاء عاكس او وضع اشارت للطرق ...........لن اقل صيانتها فصيانتها تكلف الكثيرانارة الطريق في وجهة نظري أكبر من اماطة الأذى فمن المؤكد أنهاصدقةوأجرها اكبر ............

لماذا لا نتكفل نحن و نفتح باب هذه الصدقة بعيدا عن من غرتهم الدنيا ونسوا أمر الطريق ولم يهمهم مصير من يستعملون هذه الطرق ............؟؟؟ هي بفكرة فهل من مستمع

as we went to our visit to eastern Libya , the time was amazing but it ended with a bad action that i really hated...........a nice group of police men are making (kapsa) that's what we call it , in a bad round in Shahat(more than200 km eastern Benghazi) .............we shocked as a great ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT happened............it was in front of us , we went down i tried to see the man Al7amdolelah that he was consious & breathing well but with some , wounds which bleed prefously , i wished i can say please call 119, But sure i knew no one will come at least for one hour ,,,,,,,,,,,,, who's the responible , i know the KAPSA men , but who'll pay the man who's injured , or the other guys who were in their way to their Eid journy & they lost their new car ........................i'm not talking about money ............& i'm not talking about the mad KPSA men ,,,,,,,,,,,i want one thing active 24/24 hr 119, till this service is active , wedont want cars , ............why we have matches but we don't have any sticks to burn..................................
ya rab ,,,,,,,,,,,,,really i felt that i can do nothing as we said we're doctors & we check his ABC............i wished the next step to see the ambulance not the patient lying in the passenger's cars ....................

AS a part of community medicine we've to visit alot of health care centers to know how such clinics ........but today we went to BENGHAZI STEEL PIPE FACTORY .....it was really differnt place as it's the first time i visited a factory , any way we started our visit to see the musem in which every thing of oocupational safety was there ...............so we liked alot ............but it didnt go well as we vivsted the poor clinic for me even the place it self it's not good to be a clinc but neither the place nor the facilites were good at all , & even the doctor is'nt there too .................we passed it with one eye smiling & other crying .........to see the factory from inside ................as we got closer it was too noisy ....that we cant tolerate it ..............but we went in there were alot of workers ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but without any safety ............floors are polished with oil so any one can slip easily........they were all without helmet .........i want say more but they were exposed to all hazards..............but really made me laugh that when we went back they told us about the annual check up they are doing to the workers ........when we were there we saw a worker who broke his arm while working this morning ......................

so please let me understand ................the factory adminstration played agreat game with the workers at least it wont pay any thing for the safety facilities as it's not a part of it ...........they said workers dont like them...........but in fact if there's any workers organizations they'll tell them how harmful is that they 'll do if the factory knows that if any of the workers will ask the laws after he'll lose the ability to hear ..............they'll save them...............but as no one of the poor workers know .............so no one will ask them back ......................so what 's the solution ...................................i know it ..............but all of us can do it's our whole job to let every one knows that it's their right to be safe in every where not just in factories..................

2 weeks ago i got invitation to share for the first time in THE FIRST INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY CONFERENCE in AMMAN , it was really a great pleasure for me but at the same time i got a chance to act in it by making a national project in which i can support by photography .............i thought alot at first bUt i found it .................yes RTA..............it's one of the most leading causes of death in Libya ................not only death but even leaving thousands with disabilities ....................& costing millions yearly ...............so i'll start supporting this idea by pics & every thing possible just to minimize this easy preventable disaster ..........

on my way to university yesterday morning i noticed alot of new lines which i didn't used to see since last year .................yeah i think last year ............let me remmber is it the same time i think yeah..................in dact yeah as the car went more i notices more police men standing there in every traffic & it was nearly 7:45am not the young policeman we used to see every day but alot of others old ones police cars ......................then i knew it ......................it's the traffic week as they call it ................what's that fun...........??? until when we'll be like this the whole year no ware of the roads no ware of our daily loss of our youth in roads & just this week you're concerning about traffic ..............really it's a silly thing ...........

not just that they are making alot of bad propaganda about speed .............look who's talking ??? dont you think that's better to give the money of that cheap propaganda to fix the broken streets or even to make cautions before hole or even to put permanent markings for the streets or at least giving this money to one of the poor police men whom we see daily in the hot son trying their best to make it easy for us to pass in jams ...........dont they deserve it at least his colleges will work better next year to get that the coming year .....................................ya rab isn't that a horrible thing to know 50,000 Libyans died in 40 years in ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS ........in a country of 5 millions population................shouldnt we feel ashame ..............????

but we're still in it we can stop this active daily war up to this number of victims& start a new system by first killing the speed first by paying back .................in fact i'm not a traffic man to find the solution but there are many solutions for sure ?& must be done

It was really a great chance for me to visit my granny's land in this special date 17/4 as my lovely grand died in the same day i felt as if it was whole a present for him ...........i went there as a part of our LIBYAN MEDICAL STUDENTS & YOUNG DOCTORS ASSOCIATION activities for the annual meeting it was really a nice conference in a clean simple city trying it's best to be in top , i loved the lovely smile in their faces i loved the smile in their senior Drs who were supporting them , it's really something we miss in Benghazi ,,,,,,,

thancks alllah those 6 months went quickly but i loved them alot they gave me a push a great hint about what's coming but every day is new that's the good point in it , i knew more ppl more drs more & more info & more about life ...................i dont know yet but i know that i love MEDICINE .... not that much i love surgery but i dont hate it ..............i knew that i've ti work more hard & to do my best to be one of the best..................just still 3 weeks separating me from a new a part of my study new subjects which i knew a little about ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but sure i'll know 6 months back i thought now i was ignornat i knew nothing about many many things simply history taknig .................i'll never forgot our first day in kwaifia chest hospital when we all the whole group took one history form the patient ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,how mad we are ???? but we did really thanks Allah for this nice group we are with they are very polite & intaligent i'm really happy that i'm one of them ........................but now im looking for the coming the new part of this year i hope first that we do well in our next exams .........................................but really my mind is GROWING UP ......................that's what i can got now.............i'm really a different person since 10/10 /2009 & i hope we continue this nice growth ................................

I wanna to talk about something that's what really makes me nervous...........................humanity yeah it's ........................i must do something but i can't change people they are the way they are , but how can i if i were i patient trust them while they are talking with me like that dealing with me like so , i'm a human i can say NO for NO & Yes when YES , this is my right............ but me as a smart DR ( I wish i can be one of those smart drs) I can change your mind simply & easily but if you dont it's your right & i've to appreciate your right but still i've to do my job ....................................for sure alot of PPL did understand these situations , i hate when drs exchange benifits with patients you let me do teaching i'll do your operation unless i'll put you for a far date operation ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,it's not a FISH MARKET

...............ok your a dr but you're not the end of the world ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,how you are asking why patients dont trust drs while your doing this staff you are playing with fire , & you are losing their trust.......................................really as a student don't blame me if i do it you are my teaher & i've to follow you what do you think ???? we wont do it we'll be better than you we will break all that fences you are building with patients &i'll be the patient then i'll know how to convence him with attending teaching part ..........but still he'll decide ........................................i'm sorry i'm really not talking about all our lovely teacher who really we wish we can be like them one day but about those who're making the bad impression about Libyan DRS .............................................

…………….i was really impressed & I felt like that I’m so bad as I thought a bad thought about someone whom I don’t know ……….but now I really I wish I have a son who’s like him …………….i used to join the Out Patient Department in the evening it was really a good chance for me to see more cases & really know how to deal with patient & know how I should manage ………in that time I used to help the doctor as of course they all helped me a lot which’s something I won’t forget at all for them & I hope I can do something back for them, but let me be back to talk about that guy , he was in his 20s , smoker & talking in a loud voice nearly fighting with the security man so I asked him what’s the problem he told me that his mum is sick I told him OK , I got back to the OPD to see his mum, she was in 60s old lady cant speak & cant move from her place , I went back to ask about whose with her talk about her problem , so I asked that young man what’s her problem he told me that she’s a patient of Alzheimer disease, & a CVA which stopped her from moving her place , & nearly global dysphasia , so I asked him again that I wanna the one who knows her drugs & taking care of her at least more familiar with her problem he told me Me I said ok but who’s washing her feeding her that’s whome I wanna he told me ME………..so I thought another bad thought she must be complaining of bed sores , so I asked him again he said I’m sure she ‘s free………….so I asked what’s her problem .???? he told me I’m just worried about her I measured her BLOOD PRESSURE , TEMPRETURE , as daily & I found that she’s little hot so I seeked medical advice ……………………really al7amdolelah that she was OK, & I’ll never forget that young man whom if I see him in the street I’ll say he’s bad boy smoker not in a good look but really I wish that I ‘ve a son like him ………………..

In fact I’ve stopped those thoughts about people just by look since then…………….People aren’t the way they look just the way they deal

it's th 8th of Januray a day meant nothing for me until 2years back when i lost you my lovely grandmom..............i knew that you left but without staying with you in you r last days ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you cant believe that i m still angry that i didn't came that night to see you cuz u were ill but they told me that you can go tomorrow ,,,,,,,tomorrow came &didnt find you .............i didn't get into your house since then till last ramdan...........i could smell you in every corner in your house i could remmber you asking me to eat with you ,,,,,,,,,i could remember Eid time when i used to visit you the first but the eid came & lost one of it's most flavourous of course you , i can remember your great personality whom i used to , i love you grandy cuz you have given me my name ............you added alot for us all.............i can remember you every day in my words in which u added alot ,,,,in my acting in every part of my life i can remmeber your lovely words whome you missed bcuz of ALZHEIMER my first enemy.........i can remmber your stories ...............you were very stricted with but on the other side you loved us alot but without telling us directly but you made alot for us that made us understand so ...................

every one has own points of weakness, in which he tries to hide ,& others who who him self doesn't know them yet ................but how can i beat them........since this new year i tried my best not to show of my weakness side ,& even to appear stronger but i found my self in another new problem which i didn't know before whom i can share all that stress with & part of that stress can't be shared too........i found us(me&my best friends) sometimes chatting just about what happened to us in spite that we all attended the same stress but even though every one has her own point of view ..........but even that i was ok........as my exams are coming sooon i wish i can do well ...............I'll try not to cry ,,,,,I'll face the situation this time i think this is my weakness point which i'm really trying ti hide but i always fail to do .............may be this time i'll be more grown up i'll try to tolerate even if i can't but this is my new life which i must live .....I've to face even bad occasions with steady * no more tears at least this time.................

SALAM EVERY ONE IT'S along time since i blogged fore the last time .......but here i'm back......as i got a completely different adventures after 3 months of studying medicine..........staying at hospital , dealibg with different people , nice situations & of course very sad ones ................but all that really changed alot in our personalities specially our new groub with my best friends ................
we visited different hospitals , dealt with different situations that made us think & see people who never met before in the positive & negative sides , knew diseases that i read about before but thought that was just exaggeration but sadly seen them live .........knew how can a SMALL NICE WORD change a life & help alot , ....................but on the other side i'll be examined soon & that's what i don't like ..........but any way ......i got a point ......................i get elder & my brain got more mature & knew that i've to be more responsile
in many days i felt like a broken & can't complete & see ppl suffering but it's life , i can change i can study well & stop more coming suffering ..............even those diseases whome i hate alot those days i'll change my mind i like them just to overcome them & decrease their incidence ....................
that was just a thought from a full brain , who can't talk

as you whole know i'm a medical student , but let me say that i just felt that in the last weeks as i started my 4th year , in libya my home medical students try their first step as a dr in that year .............& that was really worthy.........i noticed the difference in my life in my behaviour , i noticed new things in me & i'm trying to be stronger too , & that's my ral prplm .............MY EMOTIONS .............from the first day we got a great shock , our nice pt who had never suffered b4 , & now he's onlying coughing & thinks it's somthing easy........diagnosed as brocogenic carcinoma.......................i wont lie i did't cry yet.& that's a great thing i did now , you know it's diffcult to feel like a dr you 've to concern about every detail in this person's life & help him to be better ................you may read those notes & feel them non worthy but for me they mean alot ,,,,,,,,,,pts are grea too they are helping us alot even beside their great suffer, somtimes we feel them suffering & they don't talk just giving us a chance to learn.....................................

every year the whole world celebrate the old people's day 1/OCTOBER , & celebrate what hey present for them from health care to mental & financial care , for me & as a Libyan i've never knew about it here before as i've never heared about any development fpr our routes yeah, who are those old ppl they are me & u but not now after a few years , i know how much youth are still suffering , but youth can do it & can bring back thier rights but what about old ppl , who 's talking about them ????

AS a Libyan i lived such an experience with my grands may Allah bless them & all muslims , they needed a special care that can't be done with ordinary ppl ,but i couldn't find any , is there any health centers for them??? we 've thousands for children but in fact we forgot about our fathers & mothers ...........is n't it ??

I wont count but Alzheimer's disease is invading our community from every where without any difference yeah even it it can be prevented by supporting special drugs for those ppl

Not even ealth in libya ppl retire since they are in the early 60s , & can't find any place to go to no clubs or even open areas just for them where they can meet & comuincate ..........even jobs in the whole world they can work reaching 60 doesn't mean death ! Omara almokhtar had fighted against italians as he were 70....si even libyans can do ...........you can't belive how diificult to ba at home & not work or do any thing !!!!

, soooo........is it time to take care of us in future or still.......if not the train is running & is bringing you closer to them so save millions just before you be one of them

Benghazi.

   A few days ago i got an invitation for our third school reunion, i liked the idea so much as it was at the same days we're celebrating EID........
   In fact i went there even if lots of best friends didn't do, but alot of wonderful ppl were there, some whome i know as we joined the school together & lots i don't, but we got a nice time together, as we shared ideas to start working as a team of talented LIBYANS,as we all joined ALFATAH CENTER FOR GIFTED STUDENS in Benghazi together this place who gave us a great push to go on & succeed, It seems that i'm nothing beside those who finshed their masters & others who worked at great companies , doctors & more & more of successful very young ppl whome you feel proud of .........

   Every one tried to give his idea about the coming reunion & i did too, we'll start working in different groubs according to our fields to make OUR LIBYA , the best Enshallah............it's our home & it deserves more , & every little change will make a great difference...........

libya is agreat country at least for me specially , nearly 200 km o f wonderful beach a graet SAHARA & incredible greenaria , this difference in nature gives libya the speciality, but wherer ever u go & find those wonderful pics above u , just look btween your feet u can find it ....... yeah at leas a plastic bag , bottles of water ,drinks tanks & this stuff that we all know .....but when it's up
..............after milion of years , i knew that it takes decades before plastc dissolves in soil, so what's the solution.......we wontplant any more trees or plants our s are enogh for noe at least , but ours still need some care to be CLEAN .... GREEN......,.........CAN WE SPREAD THE IDEA ,
Doesn't our LIBYA need more care of us at least this year 2010......

ramadan kareem to every one .....as i was watching tv those days i watched KHWATER TV PROGRAM , in fact it's about JAPAN, i just watched it today i liked it sooooooooooo much it was about SALAAM , mr Ahmed had nothing new to tell us but his pictures were more than his talk , the way ppl there greeting each other was something unbelievable , they greet each other even the shop keeper when he opens his shop he stands 5 minutes in front of just to greet ppl , & alot & alot
what i liked the most his talk about greeting while leaving which i liked the most , my grands used to stand in front of their home greeting ppl until they leave , i used to do this when i was young but i didn't know that it means that much ,,,,,,,,

it's a simple program i watch on MBC at 15:20 pm GMT, TRY to see it & tell me .....

THE LAST Days i was busy as all Libyans in fact i love these days & try to go out on foot with my mum to the old city trying to see if we forgot something every one was buying spices , kitchen goods, food , in fact every thing even children games i don't know why ???????? but this is the what i feel it i love the sense of spices & ROUYNA, ZOMITA , in the mixers it really gives difference as i feel it , but i lost alot i lost my grands who were the great flavor for RAMADAN, I can't forget that days when i were young as i sat beside my grandy & he was a traditional Libyan old man raby yrhama , he hates talking alot before magryp & i was young & talkative ........u know what happens , i can remember how he learned me to eat BAZEEN as it was too hot to touch , i miss him alot i miss the first day in Ramadan with him, i miss his hand as he grasps over mines, i miss his american English accent ,i miss his jokes & talks , i miss his marbo3a which i hate now, i can't forget you grandy for a moment every thing inside me is for you ....i can't find another who can take your place it's really empty......my Allah bless him & all Muslims too

what may made me more shocked what i 've read in the ARABIAN BUISSNES MAGAZINE REPORT OF 2009,about the most effective ARABIAN LADIES ,really what a shame the first one was FOUZIA the one trying to act like OPRAH WINFERY, but in an odd way, & alot of actors & presidential ladies ....i didn't find any one who really desrves that please just chick the libyans who are in this group & tell me your opinion that will make difference really

LAST week i knew another member of a family we really know well is suffering from cancer, she's now the third member in this family finds her self....a patient of gastric carcinoma... but the problem is still this sad lady still has more healthy sisters (up to know)...........
i think time is out , i told my mum as she visitef this lady today to ask her to let her sisters to have a check on their health, as even their aunt died years ago because of carcinoma too....i think it's time for you DRS to start your job ,investagatopns on family history ......yeah why don't we start our pre cancer programms , as most tumour complications can be resolved early as i knew in pathology.............

AS i'm every day Libyan life , allot of ppl think just like that ......on fact thanks to those who invented chemotherapy , it's one the best ways to control tumor growth & metastasis but because of it's side effects alot of ppl think so,,,,,,,, every patient of cancer should know that chemotherapy is the first step of control, but not the step to death

IN FACT, i heard last year in ALLIBYA TV, the responsible for ppl with disabilities from that time i could understand how much they suffer, not only these but also on radio station of BENGHAZI, & BENGHAZI NEWSPAPER, ...................
AS i walk every day in Libyan streets nearly never seen any marks n streets for them I've just seen it at one place &the place i'm 100% sure that no one can pass it if he's any disability., NOT ONLY MARKS BUT EVEN THERE'SNOT ANY PATHS OR ANY THING THAT CAN HELP THEM........!!

......any way

..............we've to take care of them let me say that nearly half of theM were just like us & never cared or suffered but after a bad accident or any disease ....,,, they couldn't find the right possibilities to be back to the streets just to have a ride on a wheel chair in Benghazi streets or even a walk with a white stick without falling .........does it mean that thier life is ended.......... ???????? , where's their right to use the streets & other places which none of them is done to help those people ,,,,,,,,,,,,does it mean if i'm became disabled he must die ,,,,,,,,,,,,or are we still thinking of disabled ppl as something we should hide............
we've to take care today Around 10 per cent of the world's population, or 650 million people, live with a disability. They are the world's largest minority........
The solution is between our hands we've to support them to get their rights back ..........they must be back

hi all dear bloggers it's along time sunce i last posted................i wish u are all reading my post while you are well & wealthy
finally i finshed the 3rd year medical.........& 2 non stoped months of exams & great stress........i can't belive that it's finally up any way
...................& the results are between today & tomorrow

i got elder
in fact that's what i got at the end of this year i felt as if i jumped many years together ,,,,i know alt of drugs now & i can read a prescription well too(i can't write ones yet),i know almost all parasites & microbes , i understand what's swine flu & why it happened& how happened too...? ......& BUT i know lot about tumors too & how they are malignant .....i know & i knew alot this year that's why i feel elder..............
Beside my study i used to listen to the national Benghazi radio station in which i knew that i don't know every thing happening around me ,& that gave me a push to study more just to find a clue for those who are struggling behind & i didn't know them before
today & the day before were very special 2 of my best friends got graduated & finally they are engineers now.......................i wish them all the best luck & to see them always in success

Maybe BECAUSE I'M A CHILD OF A SCHOOL HEADMASTER DAD & A PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER MUM ,TEACHERS are very special to me ........i love most of them""not all i wont lie"" but even those who i used to dislike when i was young i can understand them well now .....i can't forget one of my primary school teachers which was very stricted"i still feel afraid of her until now when i see her",I was in 4th primary year & it was history clas....i was so happy that i know the answer which most of the class students couldn't answer it ....& finallly she told me to answer ....i said the answer perfctly 100% but .....she asked me again to say the question she told me that i should repeat the question ......i felt afraid & i forgot the answer ......& she....... with other students.........

Really you can't belive how our neighbours were shocked two weeks ago when a seven membered family died when they were back from MISURATA(western libya) ,they made a horrible accident in which they were all killed,last friday mum told me that the pics of that accident will be viewed in libyan friday program (Sabah ALKHER AWAL JAMAHYRYA),BUT UNFORTIONATLEY they were not able to view it because another disaster happened last thursday when 4 young guys died too in another horrible road accident in their way to TUNISIA in ZULTON......what a real disaster,,,by the way i didn't discuss the small accidents in our cites which as i think kills at least 7 weekly ,,,,,,so what a real disaster .........aren't they all LIBYANS , isn't any one of them someone imporatant enogh for the authorites to make an urgent action....DON'T U ALL THINK THAT THE TIME IS UP TO START A NEW PAGE WITH THE LEAST ROAD ACCIDENT S................I THINK IT'S MORE THAN ENOUGH BUT WHAT'S THE ACTION THAT'S WHAT I DON'T KNOW REALLLY

Mortality rate from road traffic accident injuries in Africa is the highest in the world, costing the Region $7.3 billion or 1% of its Gross Domestic Product annually, the World Health Organization says in a report released Monday in Johannesburg.

"The most affected groups of people are pedestrians, passengers and cyclists," states the report. It attributes the high rate of road accidents to factors such as inadequate road design; excessive alcohol consumption; speeding, under-utilization of seat belts and child restraints; unsafe vehicular design; poor maintenance of vehicles and roads; insufficient training of vehicle users, and a lack of implementation of road safety guides.
The report, which examines injury prevention and control in the Region, identifies conflicts and interpersonal violence as other leading causes of mortality and disability related to injuries.

The report says: "In the year 2000, in the African Region alone, an estimated 725,000 people died as a result of injuries, accounting for 7% of all deaths in Africa and 15% of worldwide injury-related deaths." About 116,000 of these deaths were due to due to interpersonal violence, 27,000 were due to suicide or "self-directed violence", and 167,000 due to collective violence, with almost half of these deaths occurring among young males in the economically active age range of 15 to 44 years.

"While much can be achieved by grassroots organizations, individuals and institutions, the success of public health efforts ultimately depends on political commitment. This is as vital at the national level where policy, legislative and overall funding decisions are made as it is at the provincial, district and municipal levels where responsibility of day-to-day administration of policies and programmes rests," the report concludes.

This report, prepared by the Brazzaville-based WHO Regional Office for Africa, is to be discussed by Health Ministers from 46 countries in the WHO African Region meeting for their 53rd Regional Committee session from 1 to 5 September in Johannesburg, South Africa.

what do u think fu r this man....ur x-wife..is a mad women & unfortunately u had children ,2boys & 2girls,,,u divorced her after making marks over her eldest child's body with hot water & strong ways just criminals know....he tried & didi all his best 2 take those children but he couldn't do any thing .....it's their mum....yes it cuz even animals are better than her....after a strong struggling he could just have his eldest son but not the younger ones....he tried to take them for a visists they loved him & wanted 2 stay with him but he couldn't do any thing for them,their mum is still harming them for very little things .........he tried to 4get ....
2day thier family called him 2 tell him that his yougest child has gone & left home wit that bad mum after coming back 4m school & he didn't didi well...can u belive that an 8 years old baby can think of leaving home .....can u belive that just a mircle happened ...this boy was found by some boys n the street ...they took him...& tried to find his family all day.....now he's home

but really where are the human wrights organizations where's the UNICEF in our libya....who'll save such children after the law said any way it's their mum........tell me ....is that a law....?& will we blame those children about any thing they 'll do in the future of course not....we didn't help them 2 find & live theier life .....what u really do if u r this father .....who loves his children but can't do any thing to save his own children from their bad mum....???

IT'S THE WORLD BLOG ACTION DAY AGAINST POVERTY 2008 AT 15TH OCTOBER...........SO HERE ARE SOME GREAT IDEAS FOT IT ............
Do not overeat on that day.
Save electricity on that day and contribute the equivalent savings to a local charity
. Donate that grocery money to a local food bank.
Be homeless for a day/night.
Stop putting off adopting a child through an organization like Compassion International (or adopt another one).
Get a group together to go door-to-door collecting canned foods for your local soup kitchen/shelter.
Take a homeless person to dinner and actually sit/talk with him.
Stop being lazy. Find a way to do your job better so that you can save an hour a day, or be that much more productive.
Stop buying junk to make yourself look pretty and donate it to homeless people and hungry people.
Make flyers to stick in the local library.
If you have a musical instrument you no longer use, donate to the still-struggling musicians and students
Find a gripping picture or video having to do with poverty and publish it on the Web.
Stop drinking Coke and bottled water for a day and save on plastic. Will save a lot of plastic if each of us does it for only one day.
Share your skill or knowledge, so they can improve their knowledge to increase their life/prosperity.
Visit an orphanage.
Stop being lazy.
Give comfort to the poor
Invite friends to watch documentaries how poverty destroyed ones life,family and their future.
Do not waste water on that day.
Express your love and compassion for one street child by having an enrollment conversation with her. http://www.compassion.com
Ask your child to share her food with the child of your maid on that day.
Make a list of five items you haven’t used for long and have no plans to use them in future either. And distribute them among local poors with all humility.

salam every one......after not a very long summer holiday i'm back to universty...yeah but as usual it's over crowded ...in the class u can't find a plce to put a needle in...lol....so every day we've to share chairs as we couldn't find place for 5 of us so we sit together..."i'm sure that they mean it ,,,,they want us to have strong relations with each others & learn real friendship....maY be ""...I'M NOW STUDYING PHARMACOLOGY&PATHOLOGY& MICROBILOLGY AND PARASITOLOLGY...ALL NEW SUBJECTS FOR ME BUT I READ LITTLE OF THEM IN ARABIC IN SECONDRY SCHOOL

today 9/october is the world sight day every year the WHO tries with other sight realted organizations to put on goals to acheive every year to fall down the number of the blind ppl every year..see this paper for the WHO this year.......

affecting older people, the sight loss results from preventable or treatable
causes (otherwise known as avoidable) - 75% of blindness is avoidable.
- 80% of blind people are over 50 years of age
- Cataract is the world's greatest cause of blindness, yet its cure is
well-known, fast and one of the most cost-effective of all health
interventions
- Timely intervention can preserve sight, so regular eye tests for older
people are essential
The emerging danger to ageing eyes - diabetic retinopathy
At least 171 million people worldwide have diabetes mellitus. This figure
is likely to more than double to an estimated 366 million by 2030, with the
greatest proportionate increase occurring in medium and low-income countries.
Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a common complication of diabetes and has now
become a leading cause of new-onset blindness in many industrialised
countries and an increasingly frequent cause of blindness elsewhere.
Whereas most people with diabetes in industrialised countries are above
the age of retirement, in developing countries those most frequently affected
are much younger, in the 'working' age group between 35 and 64. People in
this situation will be affected by their condition for far longer, for
example living with the resulting sight loss for twenty years or more. The
steep global increase in diabetes will occur because of population ageing and
growth, and because of increasing trends towards obesity, unhealthy diets and
sedentary lifestyles.
Studies have shown that, with good management, many of the complications
of diabetes can be prevented or delayed. Effective management includes
lifestyle measures such as a healthy diet, physical activity, maintaining
appropriate weight and not smoking. Medication often has an important role to
play, particularly for the control of blood glucose, blood pressure and blood
lipids.

10/10 of every year is the wolrd day of mental health.......as i knew in the WHO definition that there're n o one who 's completly fit in mentalaty,so in libya we rally need more care of mental health , in fact libyans or arabs as all think that who go to a psychitrist or a psychologist is a mad person & of sure he's not .........
as alibyan i know alot of ppl who really need visits to a psycholgist at least from time to time even cuz of studying stress or any cirumstances but he can't ...we all must belive that we all need psychologists & specially those who suffer,& what really made me boil that alot of libyan families are hiding those members of it that sufferes at home as if they are something to shame of ??? those ppl must shame of their selves not the sickeness & really they are sick ppl too as they couldn't face the normal life proplems & ttried ti hide them............

SINCE 51 YEARS AGO THE LIBYAN RED CERESENT ASSOCIATIION HAS STARTED IT'S WONDERFUL WORK ....IN FACT I'M NOT A MAEMEBER IN BUT I'LL TRY TO BE SOON .....I VIVSITED THAT PLACE 3 YEARS AGO AS I DID A SMALL VOLUNTEREING WORK WITH MY FRIENDS TO DONATE BLOOD .....REALLY EVERY ONE THERE WAS NICE WITH US BUT ,,,,,IN THAT TIME WE DIDN'T REACH 18 SO MOST OF US COULDN'T DONATE EXEPT 3 BUT EVEN THOUGH , IT WAS REALLY A GOOD CHANCE FOR ME TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THAT PLACE WHICH IS REALLY UNIQUE, IN FACT THEY TOLD US THAT THEY RECIVE ABOUT 100 BLOOD DONATIONS DAILY THAT WAS REALY A GOOD SIGN FOR DONATION IN LIBYA , DON'T THINK THAT THOSE PPL NEED ANT THING THEY DONATE FOR ALL LIBYAN NEEDS..
BUT WHAT I REALLY WISH FROM THEM IS TO CONCENTRATE MORE ABOUT ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS I KNEW FROM THE RCRC THAT GHANA COULD DECREASE THE DEATHS BECAUSE OF TRAFFIC AS THEY MADDE FIRST AID COURSES TO TAXI & BUS DRIVERS, AS THEY ARE THE MOST PPL WHO FACE THESE SITUATON & THEY ARE ALWAYS ON ROADS......SO WHAT IF THE LIBYAN RED CRESENT FOLLOWS GHANA IN THAT WA Y AT LEAST TO DECREASE THIS DAILY WAR ,,,,,,DON'T LIBYANS DESESRVE THAT ,,,,,I THINK THEY DO.......

really what happened today in benghazi was something that i've never seen in my life ....as i was sitting at home i saw a sudden lightining,,i said what's that..my sister said ..oh it must fire works .....but it continued,,,,then at about 12:25am a heavy string winds blow....in favt we couldn't belive it every thing was running in the sky..minutes later the sky started raining heavily.......what was all that ....it's allah 's mercy who saved all libuans who where out at souq buying Eid clothes...any way allhamdolelah 3ala alsalamma benghazi....please ppl in benghazi remmember Allah in these days ...it wa sreally a good mark 2 make them all that there's a strong force over all who try to be stronger
..by the way up to know 3:35am it's not up it's still raining & stoping & lightning is still there....
