i was talking with my mam two days back she asked me what's next after this exam
i told her finals
& then she asked
i said fifth year ............... mammy shoched she said you grow up or i stopped counting ...................al7amdolaelah we did it ...............but we need strnghth our selves to tolerate the next four months of exams .........................may allah be with us

a promise ...................

5years back as i attended the first medical conference for the first time with LIBYAN MEDICAL STUDENTS ASSOCIATION , our boss promised me to teach me when i'm in the fourth year ...........& now it happened i'm really proud of him he's doing a great job as a taeching staff member for the first time  , & explaining the lectures in a professional way , that really makes me more than proud of him as he's my best friend dr ever ............best luck Dr ,,,,,,,,,,you really deserve all the best ..............i'm really proud of you

i've see the scene before but i thought that this is the only time it happened so i shocked at first but couldnt for get but this time i couldn't belive my eyeys again i asked my friend to see yeah it's happening again ................allah's mercy is the only cause that they are still there.........
as you all know how far the pediatric horpital from the obstetric premature children are transfeerred from anenatal care to pediatric hopital which's far away , the miracle happens when those babies are leaving the hospital, i heaed the nurse calling for help as she was pushing the babie s incuabtor , & now the poor baby in incubator but all cars around so she cant access to the ambulane (but sorry this is not an ambulance it's a bus for the hospital but used as a an ambulance those days )so they call for help from men infront of the hospital , & to the worst part they couldnt find away at all, to reach the ambulbas ,so they managed to carry the oxgen clinder & the other men carried the incubator .............till they reached the ambulance ....no no it's a bus ...............so after you see such an action ..........what'll be your mood ......? yarab

October & breast cancer

october is the international month of breast cancer , which is the most common cancer in females & early detection is the best way to reach the goal of healing....................Breast cancer is a treatable and curable disease, but early detection is key.   It is imperative that women not only perform monthly self-exams, but also schedule regular check-ups with their physicians and try to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  So instead of worrying about an uncertain future and potential tango with the breast beast, let’s do something about it.  

early detection .............

One of the earliest signs of breast cancer can be an abnormality that shows up on a mammogram before it can be felt. The most common signs of breast cancer are a lump in the breast; abnormal thickening of the breast; or a change in the shape or color of the breast. Finding a lump or change in your breast does not necessarily mean you have breast cancer. Additional changes that may also be signs of breast cancer include:

• Any new, hard lump or thickening in any part of the breast
• Change in breast size or shape
• Dimpling or puckering of the skin
• Swelling, redness or warmth that does not go away
• Pain in one spot that does not vary with your monthly cycle
• Pulling in of the nipple
• Nipple discharge that starts suddenly and appears only in one breast
• An itchy, sore or scaling area on one nipple

importance of performing monthly self-exams.  She states that although researchers may claim that there is no proven correlation between self-exams and a drop in the breast cancer mortality rate, “70 percent of all breast cancers are self- or spouse-detected, AND since mammograms miss 20 percent of tumors, my position is to equip women to do their exams with more skill and confidence so they don’t have to rely solely on mammogram and experts

AS i was in the pharmacy today to buy a drug , something happened which i really have to talk about............
i was waiting for my turn a man & his sin came i thought at first that he has flu or something , but he asked the pharmacist for a medical seek , as his son has sever gingivitis who's only 10 years , the pharmacist did it ya ............he gave  him antibiotic 3*1 & the man was happy with  that ....................what do you think is that right .............even if the antibiotic is the best treatment for this case but the pharmacist must understand his job , he's not supposed to write prescriptions or even give treatment without one ..................so who's the responsible ................????

my best friend whome iknew since i was in the preparatory school days , whome we shared all the best time , we passed exams ,traveled , played . laughed , cried.............. all together ...........ah that i got nice brothers like you ,whome icould depend on thanks for being my side all the time ..........i'm really proud of you & i wish u allthe best in your higherdegreestudy ......................be like we used to know you & i'm sure we'll do great..........................best luck

Benghazi Medical Center after one year

it was really a great time when we spent in , a lovely place we got another type of libyan hospitals , every one respect us & so we did , all the staff was so nice & the place too ..........we wish to see it as now & better because we all need such places & we'll take care of ...............

Janat our v first baby ..........

it was really a great experince we passed last tuesday it was a cisserian section , & it's our first surgery , in fact we were afraid at first but all fears broke down as the lovely baby Janat came to life her first shout was just like a  a new song  of life ..................al 7amdolelah

منقول عن والدتي .................لتكن الطريق صدقة ....

هذه كانت فكرةوالدتي ليلةالبارحة لدى عودتنا من الطريق المتهالكة والتي سببت فالكثيرمن المآسي ، ولتي افتقدت لابسط وسائل الامان وليس الراحة فقط ..........ناهيك عن الكثير .........ولكن كانت اخطر ما افتقدته هو انارة الطرق و خصوصا الجبلية الوعرة و الكثير من المنعطفات الخطيرة والتي اودت بحياةالكثيرين  من من قادو ليلا..............اوليس ديننا الاسلامي دعانا لاماطة الاذى عن الطريق  فكيف  باصلاحه فلنقرأ بعض من هذه الاحاديث الشريفة 

 فعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم): “مر رجل بغصن شجرة على ظهر الطريق فقال: والله لأنحين هذا عن المسلمين لا يؤذيهم فأدخل الجنة”، (رواه مسلم) وعن أبي برزة رضي الله عنه قال، قلت يا نبي الله علمني شيئاً أنتفع به قال “اعزل الأذى عن طريق المسلمين” (رواه مسلم) وأيضاً عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه، أن رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم) قال: “بينما رجل يمشي بطريق وجد غصن شوك على الطريق، فأخره فشكر الله له، فغفر له” (رواه البخاري ومسلم والترمذي والموطأ).

قال صلى الله عليه وسلم: (الإيمان بضع وسبعون شعبة أو بضع وستون شعبة، فأفضلها قول لا إله إلا الله، وأدناها إماطة الأذى عن الطريق والحياء شعبة من الإيمان) (رواه البخاري). 

وهي من الصدقات، وبسببها أدخل رجل الجنة، ففي حديث أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول الله: (كل سلامى من الناس عليه صدقة... ثم قال: وتميط الأذى عن الطريق صدقة) (رواه البخاري ومسلم).

وعن أبي داود: قال رسول الله: (نزع رجل لم يعمل خيراً قط غصن شوك عن الطريق، إما كان في شجرة فقطعه وألقاه، وإما كان موضوعاً فأماطه، فشكر الله له بها فأدخله الجنة

 .......فماذا لو .......... كانت صدقتنا فقط لتلوين الطرق بطلاء عاكس او وضع اشارت للطرق  ...........لن اقل صيانتها  فصيانتها تكلف الكثيرانارة الطريق في وجهة نظري أكبر من اماطة الأذى فمن المؤكد أنهاصدقةوأجرها اكبر ............

لماذا لا نتكفل نحن و نفتح باب هذه الصدقة بعيدا عن من غرتهم الدنيا ونسوا أمر الطريق ولم يهمهم مصير من يستعملون هذه الطرق  ............؟؟؟ هي بفكرة فهل من مستمع

as we went to our visit to eastern Libya , the time was amazing but it ended with a bad action that i really hated...........a nice group of police men are making (kapsa) that's what we call it , in a bad round in Shahat(more than200 km eastern Benghazi) .............we shocked as a great ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT happened............it was in front of us , we went down i tried to see the man Al7amdolelah that he was consious & breathing well but with some , wounds which bleed prefously , i wished i can say please call 119, But sure i knew no one will come at least for one hour ,,,,,,,,,,,,, who's the responible , i know the KAPSA men , but who'll pay the man who's injured , or the other guys who were in their way to their Eid journy & they lost their new car ........................i'm not talking about money ............& i'm not talking about the mad KPSA men ,,,,,,,,,,,i want one thing active 24/24 hr 119, till this service is active , wedont want cars , ............why we have matches but we don't  have any sticks to burn..................................
ya rab ,,,,,,,,,,,,,really i felt that i can do nothing as we said we're doctors & we check his ABC............i wished the next step to see the ambulance not the patient lying in the passenger's cars ....................
